From the golf course to the water

Look for the two green valleys running towards the Red Sea. MARAKEZ places the homes on the slopes between them. The north and south jetties sit at the water’s edge, with elevated decks, pools and a beach restaurant woven into the plan.

Inside the homes

Where would you put the breakfast table?

The two-bedroom chalet gives you 32 m² under cover and another 18 m² in the open air. The loft has more space inside, split over two floors. If most meals happen outdoors, the smaller home might suit you better.

What does a shorter plan save?

In September, a two-bedroom loft started with the same EGP 2.6m deposit on either plan. Paying over five years brought the price to EGP 22.02m, compared with EGP 26m over eight. All prices below are in EGP.

The early offers also included a seven-year option with 5% down and another 5% after three months. On the eight-year plan, buyers paid 10% down and the balance in 32 quarterly instalments.
