What we collect

When you make an enquiry or sign up, we collect the details you provide — your name, phone number, and (optionally) email, along with what you tell us you’re looking for. We also record basic, anonymised analytics about how the site is used, and any referral or campaign parameters in the link you arrived from.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, advise you on property, and — only if you ask us to — send you relevant listings and updates. We do not sell your data.

Personalised property-preference forms

A personalised form is linked to your enquiry in our customer system. We save answers as you go, including unfinished answers, so you can resume and your advisor can respond to your requirements. We record when the link is opened, progress is saved and the form is submitted. If we reset the form, the same link starts again and earlier answers remain in a history available to authorised staff. Anyone with the private link can access that form; please do not forward it.

Connection information for personalised forms

When a personalised form opens, our hosting provider Cloudflare uses the connection IP address to estimate country, region, city and time zone where available. We also record broad device, operating-system and browser categories and the language header normally sent by the browser. This information is linked to the enquiry and visible to authorised staff to support the form, understand access activity and assist with the enquiry. It is not anonymous analytics, proof of identity, residence or financial capacity, and location can be inaccurate, especially with VPNs or mobile networks. Staff previews can also appear as opens. We do not collect precise GPS location, retain the full IP address in these form records, create device fingerprints, record screens or keystrokes, or add tracking cookies for this feature. Connection details are removed on a form reset or after 90 days; the answer and activity history is separate. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating and supporting this enquiry service for this limited connection processing. You can object to this processing or request access or deletion by contacting hello@kamoproperty.com. These details are not used for advertising or automated eligibility decisions.

Who processes it

Your enquiry is stored in our secure customer system (Supabase) and may be relayed via our form provider or email. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and processes connection information. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. Plausible measures site usage without analytics cookies. We do not send enquiry contact details or lead identifiers to Plausible. Personalised property-preference forms do not load Plausible or Meta advertising tracking. Meta advertising cookies elsewhere on the site load only after you accept them; you can change this choice using Cookie settings in the footer.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time, and opt out of updates whenever you like. Contact hello@kamoproperty.com and we’ll action it promptly.
