What representation actually looks like
How KÂMO represents buyers end to end across Egypt and the UAE: the first conversation, comparing the market, remote or in-person viewings, negotiation, and handover — one advisor throughout.
Buyer-side, independent
KÂMO represents the buyer's interest, not the listing's. We compare the wider market — including developments we have no relationship with — before putting anything in front of a client.
The process, in practice
1. The first conversation
It starts with a short message: your budget, preferred markets, timeline, and how you plan to use the property. A two-minute brief is enough for an advisor to start work, and a real person replies personally within 24 hours.
2. Comparing the market
We put suitable options side by side across developers, communities, payment plans, and resale opportunities, rather than pointing you at the first listing that fits. Before anything reaches you, we check pricing and comparables, payment terms and total cost, developer history and delivery record, project documentation and status, and rental demand or resale potential.
3. Viewings, including remote video
Some clients view in person; many do not. A large share of our work happens over video — walk-throughs, shortlists, and direct communication with someone on the ground — so you can make progress without flying in for every viewing. When a unit is not worth your time, we say so before you book the flight.
4. Negotiation
Once you have decided, we negotiate on your interests through to reservation and contract — the same discipline whether you are in the room or on a call from abroad.
5. Handover, with one advisor throughout
We check the opportunity as it becomes real — pricing, terms, developer record, documentation, and future resale or rental potential — through payment and handover. One advisor stays on your file from that first conversation to final handover: the same person throughout, reachable directly.
