From Washington, DC to the Red Sea
Khaled built his first career in Washington, DC, working with clients that ranged from NASA to the embassy community — a training ground in precision and discretion with a demanding, international client base.
From there he lived in Spain, then Mexico, before choosing the Red Sea. He saw Somabay's upside early, both financially and as a lifestyle for his family, and has lived there ever since — the coastline he advises on is literally home.
Who he works with
Khaled advises international buyers and returning Egyptians on Egypt and UAE property, with a particular focus on lifestyle, relocation, and long-term value.
He works with clients in English and Arabic.

Managing off-plan delivery risk in Egypt
Off-plan often offers the best entry price in Egypt—and the most risk. The risk is rarely the headline; it is timing and completion. Here is how we think about reducing it before a client reserves.
